John qualified in 2002 and went on to establish H+P in 2008. John takes great pride in the development of the business and the team. Away from work, John has his hands full at home with his young family but ever so occasionally manages to escape, whether that be on his skis, with his golf clubs or back to see friends and family in Scotland.

Ed became Chartered in 2008 and has over 15 years of commercial property building surveying experience. Client care, collaboration and building relationships are of great importance to Ed and he takes pride in directing the success of the business. Outside of work, Ed loves spending time with his young family, skiing and golf.

George has over 30 years commercial property building surveying experience. George is highly motivated by the quality of work across the team and growth of the business. Outside of work, George enjoys time with the family, foodie pursuits, crime novels, film noir, all types of physical fitness, and holidays in Devon and Cornwall.

Ben joined H+P in 2014 as a Graduate Building Surveyor and in that time has progressed to becoming a Director in 2023. Ben helps lead the team in delivering project and professional instructions for multiple clients in the South & Southwest. Ben has recently become an RICS APC Assessor and enjoys developing the graduate talent within the business. Outside of work, Ben enjoys all things countryside, holidays and nice food.

Jason joined H+P in 2010 as a graduate, became Chartered in 2012 and has grown with and supported the business ever since. Jason enjoys all aspects of building surveying and he brings a superb eye for detail & precision to the team. When not getting the run around from his 2 young children, Jason enjoys golf (particularly beating John), football and playing cricket for Sonning CC.

Eleanor joined H+P in 2016 and has been central to many of the big successes and growth of the business in that time. Eleanor’s care and support to John, the team, H+P’s clients and our wider ‘family’ reinforces the company’s values and vision in our day-to-day activities. Away from the office Eleanor pretty much walks everywhere and in particular to lovely restaurants to enjoy delicious food.

William has over 7 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, acting on behalf of landlord investor and occupier clients across the UK. Combining client care and his commercial approach, William enjoys working with clients to achieve their goals and exceed expectations. Away from work, William enjoys all things sports, health and fitness.

Jack joined H+P in 2022 having worked for 8+ years in commercial practise in London following his studies in Aberdeen. Jack thrives in the team environment and enjoys collaborating with his colleagues, clients and other consultants as well as supporting junior members of the team. Outside of work Jack enjoys watching his home team Leinster (trying to win their 5th European Trophy as he reminds us!), playing hockey and golf, as well as motor sports and hiking in the Scottish Highlands.

Camen joined H+P in 2019 after studying at Reading University and has since become Chartered. Camen continues to develop and flourish in his role as he handles a wide range of professional and project instructions, as well as supporting others in the team towards their APC. In his spare time Camen enjoys the gym and hacking it around the golf course. Camen is also an avid sports fan with a special interest in Liverpool FC and not to mention dominating H+P’s Fantasy Football League (or so he thinks).

Joe joined H+P in September 2022 and following a year working as a residential surveyor in the Midlands he’s now developing superbly in both supporting the team and taking the lead on a variety of surveys and projects. Joe is working towards his APC and is enjoying the wide range of experience and instructions H+P has to offer as he expands his knowledge and competency. Away from the office, Joe is sports mad, a house music fanatic and a keen traveller!

Jono joined H+P in 2023 following his postgraduate studies at UWE Bristol and is relishing the variety of instructions that the business is involved with. Utilising both his enthusiasm and theoretical skills, Jono has greatly enjoyed getting stuck in with site visits, building upon his knowledge through undertaking CPD and working towards his APC. Jono grew up in North Devon and beach walks are a firm favourite of his, alongside hobbies such as sailing, skiing, running and most importantly eating good food.

An international finance professional with a rich tapestry of experience spanning various sectors including property development, Rebecca joined H+P in 2023 and lends her expertise to operational management, financial analysis, strategic planning, and charting the course for continued success at H+P. Her passion for nurturing growth and efficiency aligns seamlessly with the company’s vision. Beyond the office, Rebecca is kept busy with her young family but enjoys travelling as often as she can, particularly back to her motherland, Australia.
